Attorney Roy Nimzovich brings with him extensive experience of approximately 20 years in the field of commercial law, with deep expertise in managing and overseeing complex projects in the areas of real estate and urban renewal. As a notary and attorney, Roy Nimzovich provides his clients with a unique combination of legal expertise and comprehensive business vision.

Throughout his professional career, Attorney Nimzovich has managed some of the most complex and significant real estate transactions in the Israeli economy, including advising clients on acquisitions and sales of substantial property portfolios, such as hotels, office towers, shopping centres, and more. Since 2009, Attorney Roy Nimzovich has been engaged in the field of urban renewal and has accordingly represented and currently represents over 2,500 rights holders in numerous projects throughout the country.

His expertise also includes comprehensive legal representation in mergers and acquisitions of real estate companies, and ongoing legal counsel to leading real estate companies across their various fields of activity. His extensive experience in banking and finance, acquired during his years working as legal counsel to Israel’s leading banks, including Bank Hapoalim and Leumi Group, enables him to provide his clients with comprehensive and in-depth legal guidance on the financial and financing aspects of the projects they are advancing.

As managing partner at B.O.R Green Group and 360 Urban Renewal Management, Attorney and Notary Nimzovich leads complex urban renewal projects on the scale of entire neighbourhoods, serving as a project manager on behalf of local authorities and municipal and governmental companies. In this capacity, Attorney and Notary Roy Nimzovich brings extensive practical experience and broad understanding in leading urban renewal processes on behalf of authorities, with deep insight into the planning, social, and legal aspects. Additionally, Attorney Roy Nimzovich serves as a guest lecturer on behalf of municipal administrations on the subject of urban renewal.

Beyond his professional activities, Attorney Roy Nimzovich believes in community commitment and serves as pro bono legal counsel to nonprofit organisations, and even promotes financial education programmes for children in primary schools in Tel Aviv.

As a member of the Real Estate Committee of the Israel Bar Association, Attorney Roy Nimzovich is an active participant in shaping legal policy in the real estate field in Israel.
